❓ Is Flow Puzzle really free?
Yes, completely. There are no paywalls and no forced ads to progress. The game is supported by non-intrusive advertising, and optional rewarded ads let you earn extra hints only if you choose to. You never have to spend a cent to play all 500+ levels across all 10 worlds.
❓ My progress disappeared — can you restore it?
Your progress is stored locally on your device, not on our servers, which keeps your data private but also means we can't recover it remotely. Progress can be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices. To keep it safe, we recommend installing Flow Puzzle to your home screen as an app — it makes your save far more durable. If something looks wrong, email us and we'll help you troubleshoot.
❓ I'm stuck on a level. Is it actually solvable?
Every single level in Flow Puzzle is guaranteed solvable — each board is built backward from a real solution before you ever see it, so there are no impossible puzzles. If you're stuck, you're not being cheated. Try our corner and edge techniques or use a hint. We've never shipped an unsolvable board, and we never will.
