1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Flow Puzzle Games (accessible at jnvuhelp.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the game immediately.

2. Description of Service

Flow Puzzle Games is a free-to-play, browser-based connect-the-dots logic puzzle game. The service includes over 500 procedurally generated, solution-verified puzzle levels across 10 themed worlds, a star-based progression system, a hint system, timed challenges, sound effects, background music, haptic feedback, push notifications, and the ability to install the game as a progressive web application (PWA).

3. User License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Flow Puzzle Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the game.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the game.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unintended advantages.
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions.

4. In-Game Advertising

Flow Puzzle Games is supported by advertisements served through Google AdSense. You understand and agree that:

• Ads may appear during natural gameplay transitions (e.g., between levels).
• Rewarded ads are entirely voluntary — choosing to watch a rewarded ad grants in-game hints as a bonus. You are never required to watch an ad to progress.
• Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and does not reflect the views or endorsements of Flow Puzzle Games.
• Intentionally clicking ads repeatedly or using automated means to interact with ads is strictly prohibited and may result in access restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Flow Puzzle Games — including but not limited to the game design, puzzle algorithms, visual themes, animations, sound effects, music, icons, and written content — is the intellectual property of Flow Puzzle Games and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Game Progress & Data

Your game progress (levels completed, stars earned, hints) is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB. We do not maintain backups of your game data. If you clear your browser data, switch devices, or use the in-app "Reset All Progress" feature, your data will be permanently lost. Flow Puzzle Games is not responsible for any loss of game progress.

7. Availability & Updates

We strive to keep Flow Puzzle Games available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the game at any time without prior notice. Updates may include new levels, worlds, features, bug fixes, or changes to game mechanics.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flow Puzzle Games is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices or browsers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flow Puzzle Games and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the game, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or interruptions in service.

10. User Conduct

You agree to use Flow Puzzle Games in a lawful and respectful manner. Any use that violates applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or disrupts the service for other users is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
